1. FirePay is similar to a credit card, with the added advantage of protecting personal information from merchants.


2. How do I create a FirePay account?
1. You must be registered with FirePay.


3. How can I deposit with my FirePay account?
1. Register an account with Casino4Aces.
   If you are already a real member, Log-In at Casino4Aces.
2. Choose cashier, followed by the deposit option.
3. Click on FirePay.
4. Enter a FirePay amount you want to deposit and click on "Submit".


4. Do I get any bonuses?
1. Initial Sign up bonus.
2. 10% bonus on each deposit thereafter.


5. How Much Can I Deposit To My Casino4Aces account?
1. Minimum Single deposit: $20
2. Maximum deposit: $1,000 in each 24 hour period

Cash Out:

1. What is Casino4Aces's cash out policy?

Your Cash Out requests will be forwarded to you by one or more of the following methods:
1. Directly into your FirePay Personal Account.
2. Debit Cards PrePaid ATM (That have been used to make deposits to the Casino in the past.)
3. NETeller (if you have Deposited in the past by NETeller).
4. Wire Transfer.

Please Note: Due to MasterCard regulations, we are not permitted to pay your requested Cash Outs to your MasterCard Credit Card(s). You may receive your Cash Outs by your choice of Wire Transfer. You may also receive your Cash Outs by NETeller, if you have used NETeller to deposit to your Casino4Aces Account in the past.


2. How Do I Make a cash out?
1. To cash out money from your Casino4Aces account, click on the "Cashier" button in the lobby.
2. Click "Cash Out"
3. Choose one of the cash out options at the Cashier.
4. Fill in the required information.


3. How Long does it take to process my cash out?

Your cash out will be deducted from your account balance and will be left pending for 5 banking days. During this time you can track the status of your cash out requests in the "Withdrawal History page". Initially, these will appear as "process". As long as a cash out request is still unprocessed you can reverse your cash out request and have the funds returned to your account, by clicking "Reverse Cashout" and entering an amount to transfer back to your account.

Cash Out - In Process
1. After 5 banking days the status of your cash out request will change to "In Process" and you will no longer be able to reverse the request.
2. The "In Process" period will last for 24 hours, after which your cash out will be "Processed" and your withdrawal request is now complete.


Cash Out - Pending Period
1. Will take up to 6 banking days as seen below:
   * FirePay, PrePaid ATM, Wire Transfer your accounts will take a further 4 -7 business days to realize the actual credit in your card account.
   * There are no fees imposed on cash outs using this method.


Cash Out
1. At Casino4Aces, you have the option to choose as to how you would like to receive your cash out. (Please note, there is a $20 minimum cash out amount.)
